I’m a product design leader with 20+ years of experience building teams and products across startups and scaled organizations. My work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy, with a focus on creating thoughtful experiences as technology becomes increasingly intelligent.

I’m currently VP of Product Design and Research at Bonterra Tech, leading teams that build products for nonprofits and social-impact organizations. Previously, I held design leadership roles at ActBlue and Earnest and co-founded Doughbies.

I’m particularly interested in thoughtful technology, UX as a strategic enabler, and the future of human–AI interaction.
